President Ion Iliescu displayed his knowledge of English, French and Russian, at the international festival called "Days and nights of literature" held in Mangalia, on the Black Sea shore.
After he has corrected for several times the translators of Russian and English languages, during the talking with participants |
at the meeting, Iliescu has dismissed translators altogether, and he took the job of translating in English and French, both the questions he was asked and his answers.
The head of the state also translated in Romanian, English and French the question he was asked by the Russian representative at the festival. |
